Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Power Play Pressure Washing's services and website. By requesting a quote or booking a service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
Power Play Pressure Washing provides exterior cleaning services including but not limited to driveway and concrete cleaning, house siding washing, deck and patio cleaning, fence cleaning, gutter brightening, garbage can cleaning, and full property packages. The specific scope of work will be confirmed prior to service.
2. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are estimates based on information provided by the customer, including photos and descriptions of the property. Final pricing may be adjusted if conditions on-site differ significantly from what was described. Any changes to the quoted price will be communicated and agreed upon before work begins.
3. Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. We will provide prompt notice if this occurs.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Ensure clear and safe access to the areas to be cleaned on the day of service.
- Remove or secure any fragile items, vehicles, or obstacles near the work area.
- Ensure that all windows and doors are properly closed before service begins.
- Notify us of any pre-existing property damage, fragile surfaces, or special conditions that may affect the service.
Power Play Pressure Washing is not responsible for damage to items that were not properly secured or disclosed prior to service.
5. Property Condition and Liability
We take great care in performing our services. However, some surfaces may be more susceptible to damage due to age, prior wear, or existing conditions. We are not liable for damage to surfaces that are already compromised, improperly installed, or not rated for pressure washing.
If damage occurs as a direct result of our negligence, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion so we can assess and address the issue appropriately.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods. Invoices not paid within 15 days of the service date may be subject to a late fee. Returned payments may incur an additional processing fee.
7. Photos and Marketing
We may take before and after photos of your property for quality control purposes. We will request your permission before using any photos in our marketing materials, social media, or website. You may decline this request at any time without affecting your service.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the results of our service, contact us within 48 hours of completion and we will work with you to make it right. Refunds or re-services are issued at our discretion based on a review of the issue.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Illinois law, Power Play Pressure Washing's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Illinois.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
